I'm always a skeptic when I first try any product, especially with a thyroid issue, not all products work as well for me. So at first I tried this one pill at a time; I'm a smaller person and I wanted to see how I reacted to the product. After a few days, I began to notice that I don't eat as much for meals and I'm not as hungry in the evening hours, as well. This product really works! I've had tons of energy and have been able to accomplish far more than I normally do! Today, I did the 2 pills with water in the morning, no adverse side effects, and I'm not starving. Don't worry, I have eaten a Caesar salad, a couple sourdough pretzels, and some peanut butter crackers (for those who wondered, I'm not starving myself!) I'm truly looking forward to continuing this product and seeing how much weight I can lose with it!
